Shipping and returns
All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in Germany.
Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days (Monday–Friday). Please note that weekends and public holidays are not considered business days.
We work with reliable shipping partners such as DPD, DHL, and GLS to ensure safe and efficient delivery.
You may return your order within 30 days of receipt, provided the items are unused and in their original packaging.

What’s the Difference Between Standard LED and Smart LED?
Standard LED: Controlled via a remote control only, without smart or voice control functions. Smart LED: Can be controlled via remote control, mobile app, or Bluetooth-enabled devices.
Voice control is also possible, but requires connection to an external Bluetooth speaker linked to a compatible voice assistant system such as Alexa, Google Assistant, SmartThings, Alice, or Home Assistant.
The Smart LED app supports multiple languages, including English, German, French, Italian, Spanish, and Portuguese.
