Order processing time: 1–2 business days
Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays)

 

Shipping Time

Shipping Information

We offer free shipping across most EU countries, allowing you to enjoy a seamless delivery experience on all standard orders within the European Union.

Due to the additional logistics, carrier handling, and extended transport routes required for deliveries to Ireland, separate shipping fees apply for Irish orders. This allows us to continue providing reliable delivery service and careful handling for larger furniture items.

Our products are divided into two delivery categories: Standard Shipping and Heavy Shipping.

Ireland Shipping Rates

Standard Shipping

  • 0–20 kg: €9.99
  • 20.01 kg and above: €19.99

Typical Standard Shipping items include dining chairs, bar stools, bedside tables, and bathroom mirror cabinets.

Heavy Shipping

  • €29.99 per item

Selected larger furniture pieces, including certain vanity tables and sideboards, are classified as Heavy Shipping items due to their size and handling requirements.

 

Mixed Orders

For orders containing both Standard and Heavy items, shipping fees will be combined automatically at checkout.

All shipping costs are clearly displayed before payment.

 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
You can track your shipment at any time via the provided link.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately before it has been dispatched.

Once the package has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
