As a consumer within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party indicated by you receives the goods.

The item is unused and in its original condition
The product is complete and undamaged

Products must be securely packaged to avoid damage during return shipping

After reviewing your request, we will provide:

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method.
We are not responsible for lost return shipments.

Returns After 30 Days

Returns requested after 30 days may be accepted only if:

Items are unused, unassembled, and undamaged

In this case, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Accessories and spare parts are non-returnable.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
In case of damaged or faulty products, we will cover the return costs

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund.

Refunds are issued via the original payment method
Processing time: 5–10 business days after receiving the return

We may withhold the refund until the goods have been received or proof of return has been provided.

Partial Refunds

If returned items are not in their original condition (e.g. signs of use, missing parts, damaged packaging),
we reserve the right to deduct an appropriate amount from the refund.

The deduction will be assessed fairly based on the condition of the returned goods.
You will be informed by email before the refund is processed.

We will cover return shipping costs if the return is due to our error, such as:

Damaged or defective items
Incorrect product delivered
Quality issues

For returns due to personal reasons (e.g., dislike, wrong size/color, change of mind):
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include photos of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible. We will arrange a replacement or solution as soon as possible.

Used or Assembled Items

Used or assembled items can only be returned within 30 days if:

The product is defective or incomplete

Otherwise:

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer
A restocking fee of up to 50% may apply

These items cannot be resold and will be responsibly disposed of.
