You can return your order within 30 days of delivery, provided the items are unused, in their original condition and packaging, and suitable for resale.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can use the tracking link to follow your delivery.

If you have not received your tracking information or your tracking status has not updated, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.

Delivery usually takes 5–10 business days after dispatch.

For pre-order items, the estimated dispatch date is shown on the relevant product page. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your destination and carrier.

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

We will do our best to accommodate your request, although changes or cancellations may not be possible once your order has been processed or dispatched.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the damaged item and outer packaging.

Please keep the original packaging until the issue has been resolved, as it may be required for our investigation.

Some of our furniture is shipped in multiple parcels, which may arrive separately.

If you believe that part of your order is missing, please check the tracking information for all parcels first. If you still cannot locate a parcel, contact us with your order number and we will be happy to look into it for you.
