6. Right of Withdrawal & Voluntary 30-Day Return Policy

Consumers in the European Union generally have a statutory right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days without giving a reason, subject to applicable law and any statutory exceptions.

For goods, the withdrawal period generally expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you other than the carrier, acquire physical possession of the goods.

Voluntary 30-Day Return Policy

For returns under this voluntary policy, products should be unused, unassembled, complete and undamaged, with their original packaging retained.

This voluntary policy does not restrict or replace your statutory rights, including your statutory right of withdrawal.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect to the extent permitted by applicable law.
