Order Processing Notice
Standard Order Processing: 1 – 2 Business Days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
All furniture pieces are meticulously inspected and securely crated prior to dispatch.
Transit Insurance & Exceptions
Delivery windows are estimated and may vary slightly depending on seasonal demand or remote island/mountain postal codes.
Shipping Information
We offer free shipping across most EU countries, allowing you to enjoy a seamless delivery experience on all standard orders within the European Union.
For deliveries to Ireland, shipping fees are calculated separately based on the size and weight of the items in your order.
Our products are divided into two delivery categories: Standard Shipping and Heavy Shipping.
Ireland Shipping Rates
Standard Shipping
- 0–20 kg: €9.99
- 20.01 kg and above: €19.99
Typical Standard Shipping items include dining chairs, bar stools, bedside tables, and bathroom mirror cabinets.
Heavy Shipping
- €29.99 per item
Selected larger furniture pieces, including certain vanity tables and sideboards, are classified as Heavy Shipping items due to their size and handling requirements.
Mixed Orders
For orders containing both Standard and Heavy items, shipping fees will be combined automatically at checkout.
All shipping costs are clearly displayed before payment.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
You can track your shipment at any time via the provided link.

The shipping carrier is automatically selected based on your delivery address and package size.
Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately before it has been dispatched.
Once the package has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
